Bubble Pop Therapy is a relaxing bubble popping game with no levels, no score, and no point. Iridescent bubbles drift upward from the bottom of the screen. Move your pointer through them. They pop. More appear. This continues indefinitely.

There is optional ambient music. There are ten scenic backgrounds. There are achievements, which serve no practical purpose but feel nice to unlock. Your progress is saved automatically so you can return to your nothing whenever you like.

Bubble Pop Therapy has been described as "genuinely calming," "oddly satisfying," and "something I had open for two hours without noticing." It has not been described as frustrating. We are looking into this.

Recommended for: lunch breaks, late nights, mild existential drift.

Questions

Is there a way to win or lose at Bubble Pop Therapy?
No. There is no win state, no lose state, no score, and no timer. Bubbles rise. You pop them. More appear. This continues for as long as you choose to continue it, which could be forever.
Does bubble pop therapy actually help with stress?
We make no medical claims. Players have described it as "genuinely calming" and "something I do when my brain needs to stop." Whether this constitutes therapy is between you and your actual therapist.
Can I play bubble pop therapy on mobile?
Yes. Slide your finger across the screen to pop bubbles. Touchstart and touchmove both trigger pops, so swiping works well. The game runs entirely in your browser with no app to install.
Does it save my progress?
Yes. Your total pop count, unlocked achievements, preferred background, and music choice are all saved to your browser automatically. You can also generate a save code from the achievements panel to transfer progress to another device.
What are the different music tracks and backgrounds?
There are fifteen ambient music tracks — including Morning Birds, Gentle Rain, Piano Drift, and Tone Poetry — and ten scenic backgrounds ranging from tropical beach to desert dunes. Use the buttons on the game canvas to cycle through them.
